Understanding stressed caused by having an acciden

On the 08th February 2016, I received a call from a very humbly, caring and understanding gentlemen. Ever since I started dealing with Oakhurst when putting a claim for an accident, this day's experience showed me that they are indeed people who do not only do their jobs to earn a living, but who understand the needs of those in need. This gentleman's service left me wishing I handle my clients the way he handled me, he took me step by step in explaining all I needed to know, even answered the questions I had asked before form others but who had promised to call me and never did.
