I found myself stressed and distorted when my very first purchase of a vw polo,was smashed by a wreckless speed devil,Tyrone has been so relieving as I could trust him due to his approach and professionalism,I have never encountered customer service of this level where my concerns and feelings were the basis of contact instead of them just telling me what I need to know,Thank you Tyrone Thank you Oakhurst I can now think straight knowing you guys are there for me,thanks to vw for making a deal with you for me,maybe other vw drivers should consider you guy I will definitely recommend you guys HONESTLY Tyrone should be promoted to customer liaison officer,he even handled a little problem I had where someone wanted to strip my car for parts at the panel beaters knowing very well I know nothing about these things my husband is also impressed by your professionalism and prompt responses timelessly Thanks
