Third party insurance claim dispute

My kids were involved in an accident in April this year. My claim was not successful as the insurance alleged that my son was not included in the policy. The kids were badly injured and the car was a write off.

Months later I received an email from the third party. They want me to psy damages.

The truck that collided with the bakkie my kids were driving turned and left the trailor on the road.

I contacted Dotsure. The consultant who spoke to me (21/09/2023)did not want to listen to me. He was extremely impatient with me. He showed no interest on what I am saying

I asked him to put everything he said on a mail.
