they sold me a lie

they called to review my car insurance premium , gave me a good quote of R714.89 which I was happy with only to find that it was all a lie . come month end they deducted R936.31 with no explanation whatsoever. <br> only when I called, to ask what's going on they tell me that they had not included my smart box device , but the schedule says a different story that the device was included. <br> I'm not happy about this <br> <br> to the team leaders please do something about it
