THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVERY HAVE TO WAY OF DEALING WITH CLIENTS

This is the worst insurance company any one can work with , i have been dealing with this company for the past 7 months trough a third party claim an its an absolute disgrace of what they call an insurance company . their client drove into my car i have followed their claim procedure and it was followed as per their policy everything was sent all was in order waited the 60 days for them to the investigation all was in order they accepted one of the quotes that was requested , they then sent the release letter that needed to be completed i sent it back and they told me i must wait 30 more days before payment will be made. i have been phoning every single week to get a follow up and all they can give is excuses noting more . its been 2 months later since singed documents has been sent for payment and still more excuses i spoke to a lady today and she told me that they have more important claims then mine so i have to wait and she will follow up with her management as to when payment will be made I've been hearing this every single week i'm just getting tired of this people and their sorry excuses . i will be reporting them to the ombudsman and get my lawyers on this . the way they have been treating me is like i just a peace of s*** that is how third parties get treated with this insurance company .
