I interacted with Victoria Klasten on the 1st and 2nd October regarding the linking of my car insurance policy to the Netstar tracking unit. She assisted me and kept me posted through regular feedback. Although it was a tedious process, I thank Victoria for making the experience endurable. I'm so relieved the issue has been rsolved.
