Thank you Oakhurst for helping me

I have been an Oakhurst client for more than a year now and its high time I give some feedback. <br> <br> I want to express my appreciation for your team's assistance this past weekend. My car's power steering broke and prevented me from driving the car completely. I was fortunate enough to make it home (albeit just), and was left stranded. I then approached you for help. From the word go, your call center was calm, understanding, extremely nice and tremendously professional. Don't take my word for it, go draw the call recordings. Not once was I confused or upset nor did I experience anything counter productive. You kept it simple and you kept me informed. So many organisations say they will call you back and don't. <br> <br> My car has been repaired and I am back on track, all thanks to you. You turned a bad situation into a positive one, super fast. <br> <br> The reason I want to post this on hellpopeter is because we only hear about the negative experiences (well almost always), and we never take the time to highlight the moments of true awesomeness.
