Terrible service on third party claim

I lodged a third party claim in June 2018 and this was only resolved 3 months later after I made noise. Unnecessary and unpractical requests were made by the insurer on the third party. They said I can’t be involved in it and it’s a case between their legal department and the third party little did I know it’s a start to frustration. Their system is designed to literally frustrate the third party, after a promise to cover third party claims upto millions. What a deceit in marketing. The most terrible service ever! The claim R40k and the payout was only R30k and I had to personally pay 10k out of my pocket. I never received a courtesy call, nothing. The most frustrating and terrible experience ever. I would never recommend the insurance to anyone.
