Terrible service!

I am not impressed with your services. I have put my policy on hold and took it of hold again because my husband is driving around with my car at the moment. You said to me that my policy remains unchanged and today, to my surprise, I got a notification that you will be deducting nearly R1000 of my bank account on the 31st! When I phoned this morning all you could do was to apologize and say that you can transfer the extra money back into my account. THIS IS BULL! I have other things that will be deducted from my account on the 1st! Now I have to put MY THINGS ON HOLD BECAUSE YOU CAN'T GET YOUR THINGS RIGHT! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I NEED this fixed ... TODAY!!!
