Telling ex clients 2 different things
I recived a mail stating that the amount they whould pay me out for my car that was written off whould be R6450.00 and now when they wanted to do the payment they say that im going to get R5584.80. How do these people do the work tell you one thing and do another. Its unaccepteble. First it was poor service that the consultant doesn know about gmail and now this. Ive had enough. They think they can do what they want. Im off to the insurance ombutsman. The amount agreed apon was R6450.00 and not R5584.80.

Dear Mr. Kruger
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
The payment for your excess refund, following a third party recovery claim was incorrectly calculated. The oversight was due to an excess buster additional claim paid in your favour for an amount of R4000 (four thousand rand) which was inadvertently neglected in the calculations. We confirm that same was explained to you on 13 November 2017 by the Recoveries Team leader.
