Superb service, even including after hours

I am a difficult customer, and it does not take much for me to complain. In fact this compliment derived from feeling very dissatisfied, that my regular consultant took more than a month to get back to me with a quote<br> to change my excess. I emailed her making no secret of my disgust. I was pleasantly surprised when one Jean-Marie Stanley rep****, on a weekend, almost immediately, and kept her promise about getting a quote to me first thing the Monday morning. I also have a current claim, which I also complained about, as I have been unable to get hold of the original claims person, but Jean-Marie, also promised me that she would also get a claims person to contact me too, WHICH SHE DID. The claims person who contacted me, is Mavinene Du Preez. She phoned promptly to let me know the 3rd party claim was authorized, then on that Friday, she phoned saying she needed the phone number of the third party. What I liked was that she did not phone me immediately this Monday morning, but gave me a day, and phoned me today to find out whether I got the number, which I really appreciated, as I am extremely busy in my job, and forgot Monday. But if she phoned Monday I would have been irritated.
