still no good

I was aware of the claim I made being declined however when a new insurance company wanted to verify my insurance with oakhurst they **** and said that I had a accident claim and it was denied, then out of the blues an agent riana calls me today after cancelling my policy saying my tyre claim is denied. Michael was very helpfull but I honestly feel that the company is not ready to operate if they could do just one thing right I would give them the thumbs up but to date even my windscreen that was replaced due to towing negligence is not do e right. Every company sub contracted even with them are not professional. <br>
