********!!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY!!!! I get told that my excess is higher than my claim, which is absolutely impossible. I took my car to two different companies, one charged me 40k and the other said that I will NOT get my car fixed under 10K even with 2nd hand parts. Oakhurst tells me that the claim from Dents and All is ONLY 11****!!! what bull!! one of my lights alone is 3K and two are busted, a bonnet and a bumper that needs to be replaced on a FIAT Punto 2014 model!!!!!! Secondly, I get told that my excess fees is over 16k! when this was sold to me I was told that my excess is 5 and a half K! Read the fine print, its 5 and a half 5 for every other thing extra, because Im under 30 I pay an extra 5.5**** couldnt they tell me this before hand, my excess was NEVER 5.5k PERIOD!!!!! and another extra 5.5k because there was no 3rd party involved. I phoned Dents and all, they told me they quoted over 17k, so the assessor decreased the claim!!!!!! ABSOLUTE ********!!!!!!!!
