Rip of hoax company

I have 4 vehicles that are covered with this company called also Dotsure. I took an excess policy buster to cover my excess in time of claim My vehicle was scratched in my parking work space. I submitted my claim According to my policy I do not need to pay any excess. The assessor finalized my claim only to be told that my claim is 7300 but my excess is 8500. The excess is for a 3rfd party liability and an excess for no tracker . I find this embarrassing humiliating and,a ****** rip of. When I ammened my policy when I paid my premiums for 4 cars they ****sctook it nicely no questions asked. Now suddenly I am charged for excess that I never knew. If u have insurance wd them change quickly before u only left wd your underwear only. They are rogues cheats **** and a con artist *******es
