Requesting for a quote with Outsurance has a negative impact because if they have your details they automatically register you for a policy

I would like to share my experience with OUTsurance. I enquired about insurance and the consultant decided to register a policy on my profile as i had previously been with them. In my view it is ***** because they debited my account. When i enquired then the premium was refunded. They need to compensate me for messing my account or i am taking them to the ombudsman.
