Refusing to pay for outstanding parts

I was involved in a car accident and dotsure paid me money to fix my based on the the acces*****t done by the panel beater. They gave me 2 suppliers where to source the parts from at reduced rate,however the other supplier supply the parts for my car .Only Audi can supply those parts for my car.Now I'm seated with parts because they dont want pay me the shortfall to buy parts from Audi as AC motors cant supply the parts.

I called so many times and the agents are not professional , especially Lindokuhle who is my claim handler .Every time I call her she drops my line and you cant be transferred to a manager to assist with the query.I now have to pay R18000 to buy parts from Audi to repair my car.

Please stay away from this insurance company , they will give u headaches.
