Refusal of a claime

I was insured by them under the business insurance I can't remember since when ,and the last year February I bought a vehicle and I've putted it under that business insurance I was doing Bolt and Uber with it and on the 1st of May I was involved in an accident I collided with another vehicle and I claimed and they rejected my claim and they said I didn't specify the name of the business
