Qutsurance advert is misleading i would like to get clarity on what exactly are the correct terms and conditions

Good day i am not happy with the service that i just received at outsuarance. I have been a client of outsuarance for a year now. i recently called outsurance regarding their advert which state that if they cant beat your quote they will give you R500 . I called outsurance to inquire about that since another insurer quoted me lesser than what I am currently paying with outsurance .Ii requested the R500 but the sales person who was assisting me said i do not qualify since am an outsurance customer, i then requested to cancell the policy since i have found something better which they did. while listening to yfm the presenter have been saying that if you get a quote and outsuarance cannot beat what they quoted you , you must tell them that malome mpopo said they must give you your R500. i called outsurance again to get more clarity on that , i spoke to Zikha and what she told me is that i don't qualify because i don't have a policy with outsuarance which is a different story from the first one, she then transferred me to her senior who hanged up the phone while I was requesting clarity on what exactly their advert says. i called again and the sales person by the name of Allice told me that the advert on the radio is not entirely right because you get the money only if you have been with the insurer for more than 30 days , which is another different story from the other 2 sales rep. i would like to get clarity on the advert and the correct terms and conditions of that promotion
