Prompt and Excellent Service

<p>Being concerned about ever increasing costs, I had been looking to cut costs within my monthly budget. One expense is my vehicle & home contents insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Oakhurst Insurance has been handling my insurance policy since October 2015. I emailed Carin Ungerer, who handles my portfolio, this morning to advise her that I wishes to reduced my premium. She got back to me with a reduction in my premium and arranged to refund the difference of my old premium to me within 5 days. So my query was concluded all in one day. I was seriously taken aback by the prompt and great service I obtained from Carin as its not often that you experience service of this quality. Service that certainly is worth mentioning on Hello Peter! :)</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you once again Carin!</p> <p> </p>
