Promises not met.

I was promised a R1000 referral before they up dated there App. Now because I did not do it on the App, I only receive a R400, and you don't get the cash. They should honor the agreement before the App was updated. I am in between moving and was counting on the R1000 referral in the bank account. Unhappy customer.
