Professional Service from Malibongwe

I had put in a claim with Oakhurst Insurance Company and send in the policy report of the accident. The driver of the other car reversed into my car. The Claim was processed. I however did not know that the other driver did not have insurance. so Malibongwe Kula called me to explain this challenge and the impact on the excess until matters were sorted out with the other driver.
