POOREST SERVICE DELIVERY EVER

Oakhurst Insurance gave me a raw deal when I had put in a claim. I got paid under 3000 for a cellphone that was insured for 8000 and got paid just over R5000 for a laptop that was insured for R7000. And I had to cough out excesses to the third party company that replaced these items at a total loss to me for almost r7000. To date, almost 3 weeks later am still awaiting response regarding my watch. For me being insured with OAKHURST has given me VERY POOR SERVICE DELIVERY and has put a dent in my pocket rather than PEACE OF MIND.
