Poor service oakhurst insurance

Oakhurst insurance has failed me .the service that i have received was very poor .I made a claim on the 18 feb 2020.the consultant by the name of Aphiwe Kula made me feel so stupid like I don't know who to drive ever since that day.they have been takin me from pillar to post .like no one is willing to help then today when I phoned them I was told that the device on my car was not working durin the accidents. Which it will take them about 21 days for them to give me feedback but how is that my fault that the device was not working .....poor poor service after 4 years with them
