Poor service from Outsurance

2 weeks ago, after logging 2 claims with Outsurance, I took my car in for repairs. I then received a curtesy car as per my contract. 8 days later I received a call and message that my car was ready for collection. As I was about to drive off I noticed that the mirrors couldn’t move. After raising the issue I drove off with the car with the plan to bring it back the following day for a check. I then noticed that the windows were not moving up. I turned back to the repair centre as this was a bigger issue. After 2 hours of fiddling they couldn’t solve the problem. I had to leave with the curtesy car. I informed Outsurance about the issue and by that time the curtesy car had been cancelled. Now I’m getting calls and messages from Avis as they want me to return their car but I don’t have mine back. Been going back and forth with Outsurance...all they have to do is extend the lease!! My contract states I can have the car for 30 days. My car went in for minor repairs and now it has to go to BMW for diagnostics as the repair centre can’t figure out where the mess up is. To top it all I received a curtesy car with an expired licence disc. I’m at my wits end as client liaison from Outsurance doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing. He can’t figure out which claim number was used to book the car. In the 13 years I’ve been with Outsurance I’ve hardly made claims and when I did they have been minor. Outsurance please sort this out as a matter of urgency...it really is not that deep.
