Poor Service by Oakhurst
I had a car insurance with Oakhurst which I cancelled yesterday, 4 June 2018. They upgraded a tracker in my car which was due for an upgrade. At no point did they indicate that the upgrade of the tracking unit would be a further few years of a contract. Now that I have cancelled, they insist I pay for cancellation. What absolute nonsense???? There's no way I will fork out additional monies due to anyone else's incompetence.

We confirm that you insured your 2011 Volkswagen Polo Vivo on an Oakhurst Personal Profile Policy that incepted on 29 July 2013. It was a requirement of your policy that a Netstar tracking device be installed in your vehicle. You then entered into a 36 month contract with Netstar. When this contract ended, an advanced unit was installed on your vehicle on 10 November 2016. A Netstar consultant called you to advise you of the terms and conditions of the upgrade and the new contract for the upgraded unit.
We trust that you find the above to be in order.
