Poor service

I have been with this company for more than 2 yrs but I'm so dessupointed coz everything they promised when I joined them they never delivered they have a poor communication s****s they don't care abt there clients as we speak I was black listed for nothing everytim when I call them telling them my issue they keep on saying sorry will fix it but it's now 1 yr still saying the same thing I jst wish I never joined them coz now I'm struggling because of them but I pay them every month
