POOR service, 15 days and no answers

Absoultely poor service.

My car has gone in for repairs 25 Feb, today 11 March I still have no idea what is going on. The car is at Roodepoort Accident Repair Centre are absolutely clueless. the only response to date from them has been as whatap message trying to solicit more business with their value added services liking polishing the car etc, and a short note that the car will be sent for some test which incidently was supposed to happen the week before. Salome at RARC clueless, GUGU at outsurance has not sent any updated after message sent, MPO at their call centre doesnt understand the word service as he claims they will get back to me, up till now , still waiting... Car has been in for 15 days and I still have no idea if and when my car will be returned or if there are any major issues. POOR POOR POOR service
