Policy Cancellation

Greetings

I, Policy Holder with ID Number of ***, Claim Reference ***-00001, requested a cancellation of policy with OAKHURST insurance company, they don't respond to my emails, but when I review about their company here on hellopeter thats when they respond, I am not going to respond their calls and emails as they did with me, this cancellation goes hand in hand with the claim I made, I can send the proof if they want, I still don't understand why they pay only percentage of the damaged part of the tire while the tire in not fixable, I can't see where they stated that nonsense on their books or manuals.
