Playing games with me

On the 1 August Sam Nakedi's girlfriend caused a car pile up, now you are busy fixing the car that bumped into me from behind,or didn't she tell you that she caused a pile because now no one is willing to fix my car and I am innocent in all of this. The claim number is NAKEDS*** and Eric's claim is ***/1 and he is insured with Auto and General, now what do i do ??? It's been a month now since this accident has happened and none of these 2 insurances has contacted me. I want my car fixed i did not cause the accident
