Dotsure: The worst Insurance

To cut the long story short, it's been a nightmare since the day of my claim. Their covers are pathetic, imagine receiving R4500 for a curtesy car, in this day and age! When I thought that was the end of it, they didn't replace one of the parts I pointed out when they assessed the damage of the car. They are even going to an extent of questioning if my car model comes standard with that part or not? I'm now taken from pillar to post. They are not responding to my emails. What level of nonsense is this? When they say cheap is expensive, they really mean this. I am so done with this company.
