Pathetic service

I received an SMS stating that I owe Oakhust money, I had no idea why. On the 19th of September I decided to send Prudence Junies an email to find out what it is about, I am still awaiting a response. This was the second time that Prudence did not respond to my emails, the previous time she blamed it on a different department in the company that she is waiting a response from.

The amount that Oakhust claimed that I owed them was far more than my premium.

On the 22nd of September I was debited for a massive amount, that was again not making any sense as it was a lot more than my than my premium. I then phoned Oakhurst and spoke to a lady by the name of Victoria. At first she said that their calculations were correct and that they were not at fault. She then spoke to her team manager who realised that the amount debited was not correct and confirmed that a refund has to be made. It is now the 28th and I have still not received a refund or feedback on my query.
