pathetic service

We we're an accident and called immediately. We then had to get things to them and did. It's 4 weeks later and no repair on the vehicle! After endless emails they bad with mailing back. I got authorization from one place then it was cancelled now they referred to a new place who is now telling us they can only do our car on in the next 2 or 3 weeks! That means a claim just takes about 6 weeks! Such bad service I'm so sorry we took this deal from VW with the insurance through them! They are slow and clearly don't value customers
