Over 4 months waiting for my car to be fixed. Horrible Experience with this insurance! .

I had an accident with my car on the 12th of december. So first of all they have no courtesy vehicle. The maximum cover they have offers R3500 towards a rental. But here's the thing, there is no car rental for that amount for 30days. So i paid over R6000 for a rental and when 30days was over, my car hadn't even been touched. I had to buy another car as i don't have R20 000 to pay a rental company so i went for the car debt as me and my family had no transport means whilst waiting for the car to be fixed.

In between the 4months they kept having to authorize new damaged parts from the vehicle that wasn't properly inspected for damages. This is now 4months later the car has been fixed outwardly only but inside it has issues which they overlooked. Gearbox is noisy and they are trying to say it wasn't accident related yet my car had no issues non what so ever before the impact of the accident.

No feed back, they don't reply to emails. I am now out of options on how i can get my car in perfectly complete fixed condition. I have been patient since the 12th of december 2018 but this is ridiculous. This insurance is so much stress and no customer care, no sympathy. How much linger must a client tolerate such abusive service???
