Outsurance premium increases ridiculous!

I have found that Outsurance lures clients in with an initial low quote beating their competitors but then rapidly increaes the premiums in excess of 15% per annum with a standard non-specific attachment stating that Outsurance uses its own model to increase premiums! This is just a con to get customers in and then quietly jack up their premiums hoping that nobody will notice!
