Outsurance bullies

We all know outsurance do not pay claims!!! First hand experience. Poor old lady that pays her premium every month, gets into an accident, then they do not want to pay for the damages she caused to the other vehicle. Want to pay R14000 for damages of R40000 plus and now trying to bully me into taking this ridiculous amount by sending me from the one accessor to the next! 3 months now, no payment, no courtesy car…
