Outsurance bad policy and no commences

The worst legal department ever i claimed as a third party and there were sed "because there is two different statements that they will not pay out. So as far as i know now accident report statements of the the partys involved is ever the same. So that tells me that there policy is to never pay a third party claim. I also had my home content insurance at them and i canceled it immediately. And now there are saying my refund will only be paid n month after i canceled my policy
