OUTSTANDING - TEBOGO SOLDAAT

<p>Mr Soldaat assisted me with claim. s a first time insurance holder for a car - I am not clear with car problems but Tebogo was patient in explaining to me how to go about doing things. He told me to get a quotation from a registered company concerning the car problem; then send it to Oakhurst. The consultant who called us for processing a claim said we must fax a quotation and other documents - yet we had already fxed through the quotation and the lady couldnt understand our plea when we told her we bought the car 2nd hand and the owner didnt have a service record. we called Tebogo again to explain to her and give her the faxed quotation again. He did it all with patience and understanding of our frustration. </p>
