I was very disappointed and very angry but they listened and understood my concerns. They apologised and were willing to listen to me. They listened and met my concerns within an hour. All was clarified and sorted out. <br> My policy was reviewed, monthly premium was reduced with more than R200, and my car access as well was reduced with immediate effect. <br> <br> I have learnt that one should raise their concerns first before taking any actions.
