Oldmutual unprofessional insurance

A broker chose oldmutual for my house contents and buildings claims, quess what? They refused to a knowledge my claim, cracks on the wall falling ceiling and rain damage for the wall inside and outside because of the heavy rains and storms we have been experiencing in johannesburg they say its rising damp so they don't cover for it , Lerato from oldmutual made sure he tries to convince me that the cracks shod be a certain centimeters deep for me to claim. They are rooks and Un professional as they have send 2conyractors on top of the one they asked me to find for the quote, I had to contact them to find out what's going on and mind you via the broker, they would take 3 to 4 weeks for me to get the update from them, if I don't contact them then they just keep quiet
