<p>I recently changed my insurance from Santam to Oakhurst and have been very pleasantly surprised with the outstanding service and competitive premium. Every step of the way from underwriting to acceptance of cover I have been notified via sms and email of my progress and amendments. I needed to do some adjustments to my cover and the dedicated service consultant Nadia Niemand was so on the ball. All the changes and feedback was almost instantaneous. This is very refreshing. I cannot believe I put up with my previous insurer for so long with very average service.</p>
