Oakhust insurance is the WORST

<p>A lady who is insured with oakhurst smashed into my car while she was driving on a oncoming lane as I was turning onto the street...however Oakhurst has stated is was both our fault...and we both liable for our damages...which the lady acknowledged she was at fault and gave me all particulars of her insurance for them to sort out but now they are doing **** about it after waiting for 60 business days then to hear that they cannot pay or sort my car out...this is absoluelty bull ****...now that I layed a dispute they telling me another 60days to wait....</p> <p>I tried contacting there offices but no one knows anything besides Theresa Mayer which we cannot talk over the phone must send email and there's only one person that answers and Nicole don't know what the hack is happening she is only uploading mails to Theresa to read but no feedbacks for info sent back to us....</p> <p>This insurance sounds like a real **** people...</p>
