Oakhust Claim No ASPELJ***-ACCO Elegant Square

Oakhust advised to take my car to one of there panel beaters who instead of fixing the car made it worse . I sent emails to Oakhust and my emails are just being ignored .last email sent 26/01/2015 advising them that i went to panelbeater (Elegant Square) on the 13th Jan 2016 and they noted down the faults and since no feedback from them . I am tired of chasing around elegant square and have ask Oakhust to step in as they refereed me to them .The car was sent to elegant square for only left hand side repair but the car returned to us in a state showing that the car was left under bad condition and not care was app**** on any of the items removed and reassembled.The was no bump on the rear bumper only the left side where the car has an accident was damaged , that was not fixed but also they added more damage to the bumper as its now has marks that we not there before .The complete interior of the car looks like it was repaired and left in a store room to gather dust and greasy black oily marks.<br> Central locking no longer works via remote
