Oakhurst Insurance - Third Party Claim - Unfair Settlement Offered when their client was dishonest and in the wrong

I have been involved in a third party claim with Oakhurst Insurance since July 2019. Their client, who caused the accident by jumping the red robot when I had right of way, was dishonest in his insurance claim and stated that it was solely my fault. After obtaining video footage of the accident from the City of Cape Town, (which I forwarded to Oakhurst) they now want to offer just less than half of what it costs to have the vehicle fixed. I am a single mother and sole provider for my 2 toddlers, and this has been a continuous headache and emotional struggle, as I have had to organise lifts to and from school for my kids, and for myself to and from work, not even mentioning the other costs incurred. I also had witnesses stating that their client was the sole cause of the accident, however it seems they did not investigate properly, as they took his word for it. This is completely unacceptable. How many other third party claims have not been investigated properly, where Oakhurst just took their client's word, when proper evidence was actually provided?
