Oakhurst insurance ****

I have been struggling Oakhurst insurance for a payout, I was involved in accident during lockdown , while I had an emergency during lockdown , while I was from work and mind you I am an essential worker, the reason they say they are declining the payout is that it was during curfew time and it is *******. They just referred to a statement saying , no.payout if you are breaking the law . Should I walk to an emergency if it's lockdown. I will never ever recommend this insurance to anyone .
