Oakhurst Insurance is the worst nsurance

I got involved in an accident and my car was taken to Phalaborwa Panel beaters after which I discovered the car repairs were not done properly. On the day the vehicle was collected the braking system on the left side where the vehicle went in for repairs for, it got stuck because of the loose knits in the breaking unit which resulted in the rim being damaged and the sections of the tyre being damaged as well. I also picked up the brake fluid in the same wheel it was leaking which causes the brakes not to work properly. Bumper wasn't aligned properly and the paint job wasn't done well.<br> <br> I alerted my insurance and they sent their own assessor after weeks of trying to get hold of them, and it was assessed and found to have many faults. I wrote to my insurance that I would like the repairs to be done preferable by another provider and they begged me to use the same provider even thou I stated how uncomfortable I was. I also asked them for a courtesy car option while the car was being sorted, the gentlemen I spoke to said he will come back to me, and it's been three weeks now. Every time I call them I am told someone will call me but no one does. <br> <br> This is the worst insurance ever.
