Oakhurst insurance is a useless insurance
I logged a claim with Oakhurst insurance, a lady dented my car, they declined my claim because i don't have operating license. I'm still waiting for operating license from department of transport.
Oakhurst is useless peace of f**k'n insurance, i'm cancelling my insurance with them

We confirm that you had a claim under your Comprehensive cover on your Oakhurst Taxi Policy which incepted on 12 October 2017. Your claim was not declined as stated above. It fell within the stipulated excesses applicable to your claim.
We furthermore confirm that it remains your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle adheres to the requirements stipulated in the National Road Traffic Act 93 of 1996. This includes the necessity of an operating license issued in accordance with the National Land Transport Act 5 of 2009.
