I contacted Francis Van Dyk after hours after being involved in an accident Within minutes she had my policy number and AA Roadside Assistance information ready for me The Roadside Assistance is managed through my Gold Club and Nicoline Abrie contacted me within minutes to confirm that the AA Call centre would contact me I received excellent service from all the parties and Oakhurst Insurance Company delivered what they promised "a soft landing" Thank you Francis and Nicoline from Oakhurst and Patricia from the AA Your employers can be proud of you My Policy Number COMO***
