Oakhurst Insurance Company Are Real Oak Hustlers
<p>I sent a claim to Oakhurst, with all the recent service history documentation on the 16th of November. Only today I was told that my claim had been declined.</p> <p>The agent who sold me the policy said it takes under 20 minutes to approve a claim. I claimed for damaged engine parts and Oakhurst refuses to pay although the Engine is covered on their extended warranty.</p> <p>Sakkie from Oakhustlers said the parts claimed on the quotation are not covered. Wow! I am not a mechanich but when viewing their brochure I see Oil Pump, Cam Shaft, and gaskets! All these are in my quote and appear in their brochure.</p> <p>I should have known that they are bogus because when I took the policy, their Marketing agent forged and included a tyre a rim policy on my name. The policy was operational for almost 6 months, for this 3WayMarketing apologized and refunded the premiums, but then again this proves that they are ************.</p>

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
During the investigation of your claim it was found that the oil pump is worn and is losing oil pressure, causing the camshaft adjusters to be noisy as they do not get the correct amount of oil through.
Furthermore, it was confirmed that the damages to the insured vehicle were as a result of wear and tear and not a mechanical breakdown.
Unfortunately this mechanical breakdown policy does not cover damages resulting from wear and tear.

Tri-Leading Innovation disputes your statement profusely. Your refusal to make available the recorded conversation between your expert and Tri-Leading-Innovation leaves so much to be desired. I don' t find this in order and I am pursuing the matter through a legal team.

His responce was that I they sent a hard copy to my postal address, a web link to my email and my 3 cellphone numbers. Included in the 3 cellphone numbers was my son's new number which was activated in June this year!
