Oakhurst insurance bad service

Hello Peter I had insured my vehicle with Oakhurst insurance it happened 2018 April my vehicle was involved in an accident Oakhurst chose a panel beating body shop in PE called Auto body shop in Kempston Road my vehicle was kept there for 4 months just to replace rear and front bumper eventually they phoned me to say they were finished with my vehicle September 2018 before I took my vehicle they told me they checked everything and make me sign that everything is in order but I after receiving my vehicle it was overheating I then phoned insurance company to come tow it to the service provider to get it checked but now they say it's my fault and they can't pay for the damages damages cost R107 000 or R45 000 I'm now seating with the problem of paying R4000 per month for a vehicle that doesn't even exist I'm so frustrated and miserable

We refer to your complaint logged on Hello Peter on 11 February 2019, contents of which have been noted.

We confirm that this matter was previously addressed by our Resolutions Office  and a comprehensive response was sent to you on 30 November 2018. 

We, however, reiterate that the resultant damages to your vehicle's engine were found to be as a result of you not taking reasonable steps to prevent the loss. We confirm that the said damage/s falls outside the scope of your cover.   
    
Regrettably, taking the above into consideration, we cannot fault the Insurer herein.
