Oakhurst Handling my case Terribly.

Good day

On the 15th of november 2018 an Oakhurst client crossed the road without checking and bumped my car. We did all the paper work and he told me that his insurance would pay for my damages. I did all the necessary paperwork and submitted by the 28th of November 2018. The guy paid excess sometime early December 2018. They told me that it would take 60 working days to finalize everything once my paperwork was submitted. I’m the one who constantly has to call them to check what the delay is. There’s always and excuse after an excuse. The person handling my case Nicole Swart is always getting dates wrong and mixed and telling me how by law they still have time to do things from their side. My problem is that my car has been damaged since November, it’s now the 1st of March 2019 and Nicole is still telling me about things need to “authorized”. I always have to be the one to check on what the progress is. This insurance is so bad... I cannot believe the way my case is being handled. What if I did not have any other mode of transportation but my car? This is totally unacceptable... I’m honestly frustrated because I’ve been so patient with them. Terrible service. I would not recommend that anyone uses this insurance.
